Adnan 2
Hi, The datasheet and userguide documents of msp430fr5969 mention that the supply voltage of this kit is 3.3 V. However when I measure it I get 3.6 V. Can anyone tell me Why I get this value instead of 3,3 V.
spirilis 1,265
that is weird, I am pretty sure I noticed 3.3V on mine last time I checked. Your voltmeter accurate? Adnan
Adnan 2
Hi, Yes, it's accurate ans also I checked more than one kit, all of the produce the same Vcc (3.62) and at the same time I measured the voltage on exp5529 it gives 3.3 V. tripwire
spirilis 1,265
hmm, maybe I was wrong then. I do know the F5529LP is 3.3V perhaps the others are... don't have any with me to check atm. Adnan
Fmilburn 445
VCC is 3.6V measured on my sample as well. The schematic on Page 39 of the LaunchPad Development Kit User's Guide (SLAU535B) shows power coming from a TLV70036DSEwhich is a 3.6V LDO. So the pin maps or any other documentation showing 3.3V are incorrect. spirilis, tripwire and Adnan

The last option I guess is the issue of power supply. CC1120 works fine with exp5529 but it doesn't respond to exp5969.
tripwire 139
Yes, the FR5969 User's Guide is incorrect. This error has been known about by TI since late 2014, which is a bit disappointing: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/p/381598/1849467#1849467
