CCS: Undefined reference to digitalPinToADCIn

I've created a new board variant 'g2553_tssop28' in Energia and developed my project succesfully but ran into some difficulties trying to port a library for the Adesto AT45DBxxxx dataflash. In an attempt to get better debugging I imported the project in CCS and got the following linker error:

At first the problem was caused because the digital_pin_to_analog_in array was completely missing in pins_energia.h  :wacko:  but after I added it and rebuilt the project the error persists. I cleaned the project, refreshed it, rebuilt it, removed it completely (deleted the directory in 'Workspace') and imported it again. Nothing helped.

 

Anyone with a hint?
