Joby Taffey 8
No, it won't work on MSP430. PSGroove is for AVR-USB chips. Buy a Teensy or other AT90USBxxx dev board. Try asking on avrfreaks.
gatesphere 45
I was thinking of doing a port to the MSP430, but it's way over my head, and I don't have a PS3...
GeekDoc 226
I was thinking of doing a port to the MSP430... As I understand it (I don't have a PS3 either ), the PSGroove exploit works through USB. I'm not sure the LaunchPad would work in this case, as I think it needs to work in HID mode. I'm with "JT": Buy a Teensy if you want to do the PSGroove exploit, they're not that much more expensive (though they were on backorder too, last I checked). -Doc
gatesphere 45
Well, all the better. Like I said, I don't have a PS3, so it would be a waste of my time anyways... why reinvent the wheel when I walk anyways
JMLB 24
I don't think the MSP430 would have enough ram to work the usb stack and the code
