wrenchhead 0
Hello, The C2000 architecture seems to be catching up and looks to be heavily used in motor controllers. I'm planning to build an e-bike of my own and learn about motion control. Could you guys suggest a cheap kit I can start with. Thanks for all your help.
TI_Trey 38
We don't have any truely cheap motor control kits at the moment, but this is something we are investigating. I highly suggest you wait a month or two, as we have a big announcement coming up about a kit that I think would fit your needs. A word of warning, initial quantites of this kit will be limited because of some supply issues with some of the parts. If you want the kit I highly recommend you order it as soon as it comes out. Mr.Anderson 0
If you really need one urgently, may I suggest the Picollo Control Stick. It retails for $39 at the TIEstore. Also, keep an eye on TIDeals. They come up with really good deals. The Picollo sold for $33 last week. It is now sold out. msptest6 and wrenchhead

Not exactly a kit, but should be a good reference (and free to try). Also check out TI's E-Bike Solution. wrenchhead
wrenchhead 0
Thanks for all the replies guys. The picollo looks good although I'll be on the lookout for what Trey was talking about. Good links Matt.
