Rei Vilo 695
The day after the Innovation Day conference held in Paris September 24th, I received the 2 Stelllaris LaunchPads I've ordered in August. Very interesting conference, but no Stellaris LaunchPad on the booths! The RGB LED works fine. No blue smoke! Next step is to get the support for the Stellaris LaunchPad on Energia. Getting up to speed on 430 LPs / CCS / Energia / loaders etc. Really impressive stuff and... accessible ! @Rei - salut - I heard on 43oh that they are busy with Energia port for Stellaris LP - fingers crossed. DeadTaco 0
I've had my Launchpad for about two weeks now. I ordered it within minutes of it going up for purchase. Yay! What's funny is that I didn't even know what the launchpad could do. I just read about it on Hackaday, saw the price at $5, heard it was a programmable microcontroller, and thought "For that price, I'll figure it out after I get it!" Man, was that a great decision. I only wish I ordered more than one. Ugh! Right now it's sitting in a halloween pumpkin making some red LED eyes move around. Joy! Oh, early adopter, obviously.
