spirilis 1,265 Posted November 27, 2014 Share Posted November 27, 2014 Vcore doesn't really go anywhere, it just needs a capacitor to GND. It's an internal voltage rail produced by the MCU for its own core, and my guess is TI couldn't fit the decoupling cap for it on-die so they made it a user requirement to provide that piece.
