Mario

I think the idea is that you copy the following block and then paste it here with your name, quantity and location added to it

:-)

distefanom-------------1---------ITA

angelgrig--------------1---------GR

jensma-----------------1---------GER

clyvb------------------2---------US

philm------------------2---------UK

This will presumably allow simplevar to order in bulk, to keep costs down and to calculate shipping

I was wondering though if the kits came with the processor, LEDs, resistor, switches and cell holder

:-)

Doh! just noticed you were already on the list distefanom

Thanks for your interest in the calculator.

The group buy was initiated by bluehash. I believe he is procuring all the necessary parts and will turn them into kits, and will have them shipped from US when ready. Let's give him a couple of days to update all on the progress. He's part-time managing this site.

The software and hardware are open sourced for anyone who's interested to build, see the build thread for more detail. If anyone needs the Gerber files for fabrication, I will be happy to provide via PM. The circuit is also simple enough to roll your own.

If there should be complications on bluehash's side in making this happen, I will be glad to take up the task and create a few of this kits. In fact I have 2/3 set of parts sitting here. The cost of shipping from Canada is a bit high though. It costs $9.50 just for the postage for Europe.

I'm at a loss to find this "custom" box, nor how entering 2998 makes the total 23.978?

I see someone has already paid, so maybe it's just me.

I can't find a custom box in the store, or in paypal?

Hi

What do I type in the box to order two calcs for delivery to/in the UK with all parts needed to build them?

I can solder but will I need any USB stuff and software to flash the chip or are they pre-flashed?

Thanks

:)

Sorry if I'm being thick ... been a long time since I did any microcontroller stuff ... last time was 1985 flashing an 8748

@@PhilM No problem.

1. I can preflash the chips for you, just remind me.

2. The kit is in parts and you will need to put it together. It can be done with a soldering iron.

3. You need to enter 4546 in the "Qty" box...then add to cart.

If you are having any issues, please let me/us know.
