I think you'll find that I got it first - about a week ago.  ;-) http://forum.43oh.com/topic/3681-how-to-make-ez430-chronos-868-working-on-915mhz/?p=33126

I'm sure many of you got the same email - another deal due today (17th April 2013). Maybe a similar $5 deal on the Tiva Lauchpad that there was on the Stellaris? Actually, it mentions tools so maybe t

Wait it is Meta Watch now?   $149 Digital $139 Analog

Is the deal gone already?  It is 15:18 (UTC+01:00) here now, and the tideals.com site still shows the "Do you hear that sound..." page.

I don't know about Norway, but in Germany we have Daylight Saving Time right now so we are actually in UTC+2 not +1

Considering all of their stock is still from 2010 - it doesn't surprise me that they keep putting them on sale.  Too bad on the price though - they used to go for $25 on tideals...

They've obviously got a huge pile of unsold Chronos watches. Maybe TI should just stick them permanently on sale until they're gone. Or pile all the boxes up and build a fort.

Maybe we need to put our heads together and work out a killer use for them? Or could they be hacked and repurposed into something else entirely? The watch is pretty neat but once I'd played with it for a bit I sort of lost interest.

Yes, the good old days...

But on the bright side, there is still free shipping even the deal is arranged with DigiKey. I tried order with the "USPS prepaid and add" option and on the order preview page there is no shipping charge, same as from estore.
