What program to use for schematic and PCB design

i had tried eagle, than later on mostly gSchem/PCB as it's popular in a linux setup.

more recently i do things w/ Fritzing http://fritzing.org/ (still alpha) as it's breadboard friendly and simple.

you can't do complex project w/ it though.

 

my project has schematic / breadboard layouts done in Fritzing. (you can also generate double sized PCBs.

I definitely like Eagle for circuit design and PCB design. Also like the cross-platform (Mac OS X) support.

 

How are the libraries on Kicad? And user supported library add-ons? That's the big thing I guess, the ability to find components without having to manually create them all.
