How do i get to Code Composer Studio v4.2.0.11017? I'm stuck at v4.2.0.10017 and there are no more updates.

I think you should be good as long as you are at CCS v4.2

Okay, got it installed. But, how do I get to it? I don't see a plugin menu item anywhere in CCS...

 

Maybe I do need to upgrade somehow.

Kinda defeats the purpose of MSPhere though.

I think the MSPhere will be doing quite a bit more rather than setting up init code. You have dac, lcd libraries and what not. Grace does not have this. It only sets up init code.

I can't get past v4.2.0.11017! It says no more updates available.

 

I tried installing anyway, seemed to go okay, but I can't find GRACE anywhere.

 

EDIT: By that, I mean that I can't find a way to launch it since I supposedly installed it.

When you are creating a new project, after the project settings - You will find it in Project Templates. Kind of hidden within layers.
