Have an AC/DC power supply unit that support multiple voltage including 5V (through a screwdriver switch at the back). On that power supply it reads DC 5V = 6A (and other combinations as well, the higher the voltage the less current). So I guess it is enough and safe for that module? Thanks in advance and happy new year! To clarify, current is pulled, so the module, when working properly (no shorts), will only pull as much amperage as needed. If it is limited to 2a by design, it will only pull 2a. Having a bigger current source does not cause an issue. Having a lower current source will, especially on crappier power supplies.
