Awesome sir! I just got my chronos this week and have been looking to play with it soon....This should be a nice intro!

I started testing my Chronos last week. I used OpenChronos (compiles with mspgcc4): https://github.com/poelzi/OpenChronos

This week I updated my mspgcc to Uniarch, and switched to this version: https://github.com/anilgulecha/OpenChronos . It's a version that compiles with the standard mspgcc (as mspgcc4 is discontinued).

There are a handful of fixes over the stock firmware, and the build configurator lets you easily select features from an on-screen menu. It's probably the best choice for Linux / Mac users or Windows users that prefer GCC to CCS / IAR.
