  1. Hi, So I simply wanted to try out my new CC3220SF using Energia. Unfortunately I noticed that I always get the wrong readings from the pin. I used a voltage divider to ensure the voltage connected to the analog pin is no more than 1.3V. For that I simply took three 1k Ohm resistors and put them in series then connect a parallel circuit from the last resistor to the potentiometer. I also have ensure that the jumper powering the opAmp to enable the ADC on board is populated. I simply used the example code then changed the pin number. I also already have tested changing all the pin number but it all comes down to nothing. But to simplify your work to help me, here's the code nonetheless, void setup() { // initialize serial communication at 9600 bits per second: Serial.begin(9600); // msp430g2231 must use 4800 } // the loop routine runs over and over again forever: void loop() { // read the input on analog pin A3: int sensorValue = analogRead(A0); //I tried A0,A1,A2,A3 already // print out the value you read: Serial.println(sensorValue); delay(1); // delay in between reads for stability } And here is my setup: LaunchPad board name and version: CC3220S_LAUNCHXL (Rev-A) Energia IDE version: 1.8.11E23 Board package version: 5.6.2 OS name and version: Windows 10 Thanks, Razi Hashim
  2. Hi, I am not familiar with CCS and a novice in TI Launchpads. I have written an Energia code and would like to burn it into CC3220SF launchpad Flash memory so I could execute the code while disconnected from PC USB. I looked at e2e.ti.com/.../2495478, but did not work for me. Could you please guide me achieve this? Thanks, Sam
  3. Hi All, I was trying to follow Jan's solution here but I accidentally deleted the dummy-root-ca-cert-key that was already there. Is it unique for the mac address of my Cc3220Sf or can I download somewhere? Also, I am new to this and although Jan kindly guide to do this: " file boot-energia.bin need to be uploaded by Uniflash as MCU image (including all certificates, keys, etc. - see http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/swru469 )" I couldn't figure out the certificate part. Should it be dummy-root-ca-cert or a new one that I shoul make or both? Thanks, cat
  4. Dear Friends, Now i am working with CC3220SF evaluation kit, i wan't to add watch dog code to my base code,i was trying to create a code for CC3220SF in past 15 days but i get errors so i am trying in multiple examples likehttps://forum.43oh.com/topic/9346-cc3200-watchdog/https://forum.43oh.com/topic/11170-watchdog-in-cc3200/these examples does not work for my CC3220SF because these examples are support only CC3200 boards, i don't know how to create watchdog header's for CC3220SF, can you please help me to find the correct example for CC3220SF.
  5. I recently started with Simple Link WiFi CC3220MODASF with launchPad and using energia to program it. using windows 7 64 bit with energia 1.8.7E21. When tried to compile the blink example program i get the below error " Energia: 1.8.7E21 (Windows 7), Board: "CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL (80MHz)" arm-none-eabi-g++: error: CreateProcess: No such file or directory exit status 1 Error compiling for board CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL (80MHz). This report would have more information with "Show verbose output during compilation" option enabled in File -> Preferences. " please help me out to understand this error and and how to proceed further.
  6. I noticed that Energia compiles/links the a TI Launchpad sketch to run from RAM only. Is there any way to have it load and run from flash? Looking for a makefile that defines the sections, but found multiple .lds files. Not sure which one Energia uses...
  7. Hi, I am trying to work on flash on CC3220sf Launchpad. In energia, we have SLFS library for CC3200, I copied that and placed under CC3220sf libraries. That showed up an error as _FS_FILE_OPEN_FLAG_COMMIT not declared in the scope. I found that definition is in fs.h file under utility folder in WiFi example for CC3200. I copied those and tried again, now I am getting an error as osi.h file not found. Did any one have tried using flash using SLFS library or any other library? If please guide me. Thanks
  8. hai all, i will working to CC3220SF launchpad i will try to interface at Load cell using Hx711 Amplifier i have some error will be occur , how to resolve this issue any one work hx711 at CC3220SF or Any launchpad Please Share the Library file. and One Wire Digital Temperature Sensor - DS18B20 working source code Thanks Selva
  9. hai, am working energia at CC3220SF i need to Muti UART Communication , need to Software Serial header File GPIO or Digital Pin it possible to connect UART communication any other Example for Multiuart code at CC3220SF or CC3200 how many UART is possible to connect at CC3220SF THANKS SELVA
  10. Hi, Greetings of the day, We are trying to access serial flash memory onboard Launchpad of CC3220SF using energia. Please help us in how to read/write to flash memory on CC3220SF. Further suggestions would be of great help. Tried to use SLFS, but compile errors.. Energia: 1.6.10E18 (Windows 10), Board: "CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL (80MHz)" Build options changed, rebuilding all C:\Users\Krishna\Documents\Energia\libraries\SLFS-master\examples\SLFS_Simple_Print_Read\SLFS_Simple_Print_Read.ino: In function 'void setupSLFS_Simple_Print_Read()': SLFS_Simple_Print_Read:30: error: '_FS_FILE_OPEN_FLAG_COMMIT' was not declared in this scope FS_MODE_OPEN_CREATE(512, _FS_FILE_OPEN_FLAG_COMMIT));
