  1. My company and I are looking at getting new SMT machinery and I was curious to hear some thoughts from the forum on which company's product would be the best. As context, we've used Schmoll and Hitachi in the past and haven't had any problems, but because we've had the equipment for >10 years now we are hoping to replace some equipment and add a coupel additional drilling and routing equipment. I'm not too particular about price, but I really care about the quality and overall value for my dollar spent. I've compiled a list of companies below but excited to hear some opinions on the topic,
  2. printf in the IAR simulator outputs to the Terminal I/O window. Does anyone know how to output a single character to the window with only assembly? I tried sending bytes to the UART but nothing shows up. Any ideas?
  3. Hello All, I am trying to write data into flash which i need to copy it to the SRAM later. I am doing this in assembly and this is part of the code i am trying to use. I have provided the addresses of the FMD, FMA and FMC registers needed for flash programming and then I am copying those addresses into the registers r8,r9 and r10. My question is how do i now load data values into the addresses pointed by the registers r8,r9 and r10? As you can see, I am clearly wrong somewhere and need assistance!! FMD EQU 0x000000AB FMA EQU 0x000000DC FMC EQU 0x000000FF . . . . . . LDR
  4. Hi. Can someone to recommend me some tutorials about ASM language CCS Stellaris LaunchPad LM4F120H5QR ? Thank you.
  5. Yet another software only serial class implementation? What makes this one different? C++ template based with asm routines to implement read and write. Works with any pin and port combination. You can mix and match, put read on P2.0 and write on P1.2. Small size even with Energia. Multiple instances allowed. Each instance uses about 12 bytes so you are only limited by the number of pins and memory on your chip. Big plus, doesn't use the timer. Read on if this piques your interest. This code implements a C++ template based software only blocking serial UART class. It doesn't use the timer peri
