  1. Hi All, I just started using cc3200 launch pad. I could get a external LED blink from webserver running on cc3200. I used SimpleWebServerWifi example to achieve it. Now I wanted to power the launch pad using 2 AA batteries. I could power it as per instructions, but it is not lasting more than 1 hour. Can someone tell me how to enable power saving mode? I want to wakeup only GPIO pins after webserver receives any request. Please help me. Thanks Venu
  2. possbile add some cc3200 function to energia cc3200 wifilibrary like sl_WlanProfileAdd, sl_WlanProfileDel, sl_WlanProfileGet . what should i do?
  3. The example "servo sweep" program under "education" does not seem to compile it gives the error ServoSweep.ino:20:20: fatal error: Servo.h: No such file or directory Anyone able to get a servo to be controlled by the cc3200 with energia?
  4. I am trying to create a project that involves reading all of the digital pins while some pins may be in PWM mode. I do not want to read a pin if it is in PWM mode. According to the analogWrite documentation, a pulse will be sent out to a pin until another analogWrite has been called on that pin, or a digitalRead or Write. I first tried to find a way to check if a pin was in PWM mode, but couldn't find anything. I then called a digitalRead() on a pin after analogWrite() was called. The pin continues in PWM mode after the digitalRead while the read returns a value. analogWrite(10,1); //se
  5. Hi guys, I am working on a project and am in need of a second WiFi booster pack for my MSP430f5529LP. I have been using energia code as a base for my project and it has been working great, but I recently decided I need a second MSP + BoosterPack. Anyways, the TI store doesn't seem to be offering the CC3000 booster pack right now so I am wondering how easy it is to make my cc3000 code compatible with the cc3100 or cc3200 BoosterPack. Does anyone have experience with this upgrade? Thanks for the information.
  6. Hi all, I have downloaded the energia sdk(version 13) for CC3200 launch pad, I have configured the jumper wire for J8 and SOP2 also the rest jumpers. Apart from that , I updates the firmware , so I have tries all possible ways, but still my serial monitor is not working. The platform is windows.

  8. In at least two places the Energia documentation claims that LaunchPad pins can source or sink up to 40 mA. Is that true of all (or any) of the launchpads supported by Energia? (i.e., Stellaris/Tiva, Tiva Connected, MSP430, Fraunchpad, C2000, CC3200) For the Stellaris launchpad, the documentation for the LM4F120 gives drive strength options of 2, 4, or 8 mA, and says up to 4 pins can sink 18 mA. So where does the 40mA come from (or go to)? Yet energia.nu says: "LaunchPad pins can source (provide positive current) or sink (provide negative current) up to 40 mA (milliamps) of current to
  9. I have a CC3200 LaunchPad and a 2.2" LCD + Touch Booster Pack by RobG (https://www.tindie.com/products/RobG/color-lcd-boosterpack-touch/). Is Rei Vilo's LCD_screen Library Suite beta 122 (which supports the ILI9225B-based screen) (http://embeddedcomputing.weebly.com/lcd_screen-download.html) the most up-to-date library to use for this setup? Will it work with the CC3200 and CSS or should I wait for Energia to support the CC3200? In summary, I'm trying to perform a "Wait Calculation": should I attempt to fiddle with it right now in hopes I can get it working myself, or should I wait until s
  10. Hi, I know that Energia is still not supporting CC3200 LaunchXL (http://energia.nu/pin-maps/guide_cc3200launchpad/) Is there any expected timeline on when it will support CC3200 LaunchXL?
