    If you don't need debuging, for flashing can be used BSL with some simple (low cost) glue logic.

    TI's MSP-FET is the recommend FET for all MSP430's however it is quite pricey at around $100ish
     
    However the TI ez-FET lite supports just as many ICs, typically it is alittle slower. it is the programmer used on the MSP430f5529 dev board. which can be had for less than $20.

    You just need to remove the jumper connectors. Then connect the two SBW pins, TCK,TDIO to your cc430f5133. along with GND.
