    Any microprocessor can receive analog input. Normally 0-255 (char). but if 4-20 mA. It may use converter or library code to convert.

    if arduino can control, MSP430 is sam but may rewrite a little code. Now i use attiny85 for control RGB LEDstrip It's can but have some code must rewrite.
