If you really need one urgently, may I suggest the Picollo Control Stick. It retails for $39 at the TIEstore. Also, keep an eye on TIDeals. They come up with really good deals. The Picollo sold for $33 last week. It is now sold out.

We don't have any truely cheap motor control kits at the moment, but this is something we are investigating. I highly suggest you wait a month or two, as we have a big announcement coming up about a kit that I think would fit your needs. A word of warning, initial quantites of this kit will be limited because of some supply issues with some of the parts. If you want the kit I highly recommend you order it as soon as it comes out.

Lets see... did you run the setup_m3 project first? This releases GPIO to the C2000. I'm not sure which example you are running. In the F28M35x_examples_Control, you will find setup_m3 along with blinky.
