Thanks for the response. But I was able to fix this, it builds fine now. CCS refuses to add the linked resources, when I imported the project. I'm fairly certain this might be something to do with me using Ubuntu.
 
Now, i'm attempting to have the board recognize a usb stick but it hasn't been working so far. I'm concerned that my hardware setup might be incorrect. I should probably start a new topic for that.

Have you properly included your paths and includes. Go into project properties and add the directories hat contains your fatfs .h files.
