Has anyone tried out the free version of arm gcc yet?

Atmel has come out with a new dev environment that includes the compiler this time. It's called Studio 6 and it's free.

I was reading the wikipedia page on the ARM Cortex-M today and I spotted several high value links. Mentor Graphics has Sourcery CodeBench Lite Edition that is free. It may be useful if someone wants to create a GNU C based dev environment.
