  2. Hi all, I've used CCS in the past but would like to start using the open source toolchains for my compiles. I'm trying to get mspdebug to build on Windows. I'm using an up-to-date Cygwin (Setup version 2.738) on Windows 7 64-bit. I'm trying to compile mspdebug-0.18.
