  4. Please people, how do I use the piMode function ? I am trying to use a multiplexer (4051), but I dont how to set the lauchpad pins I wann use the p1.4/p1.5/p2.0 as digital write, and the P1.0 as analog read. But I cant use the 'pinMode(2, OUTPUT);' line code because I dont know the above pins numbers. thanks.

But cuberge was right, I dont need to convert, just use the 0..127 potentiometer value ! I will let the code here if someone wanna use. This code calcs the checksum used to send messages to Rolands keyboards. Now its workings right. With my [poor] english comments.   14. I created a function that needs a hex value as parameter. The potentiometer value is always int (0...1023). All my code is below. As I need a value from 0..127 as SendSysex function parameter, I get the potentiometer value and applying ldiv(value, 8); But now I need this value (0..127) as hex to send to function. Thanks a lot. PS: I am brazilian, so the functions comments are in portuguese.
