  1. I need to convert a float value to a string to send it over an rf link. The below code works on my Arduino but not on my MPS430 2553.   3. When I use the libary the reponse back from my BMP085 is alway 12.8C and 1000hPa.   4. You may want to add the code that blinks the leds along with your serial print that way you know you program is running.
  5. Have you had any luck? I am a new to MPS430 and micro controllers in general. I am trying to get a YwRobot 16X2 to work with my launch pad. I get the same error mentioned in a earlier post "conflicting return type specified for 'virtual void LiquidCrystal_I2C::write(uint8_t)'" I understand this because the libary is for and older Arduino IDE. any help would be nice Thanks
  6. I was able to get the sensor to work but I had to edit the .cpp file where it pulled the data pin low for 20ms to start the data transfer. I changed it to 2 ms. I know that is not what the data sheet says but that is what worked. pinMode(_pin, OUTPUT); digitalWrite(_pin, LOW); delay(2);//changeg from 20ms
  7. I can not get the DHT22 libray to work with my devices(I have two of them). I am just learning C but I think it is a timing issue with my devices. This is what I get when I run test sketch from the libary. debug bits received 35 debug 42, 0, 1D, 5F, 4 =?   9. Hello I am new to Energia but I have done a little in Arduino. I can not get the serail monitor to display anything. My sketch uploads and runs.(I know it is runing because part of code blinks the LED's) but nothing prints to the serail monitor.
